To request a replacement alley gate key use the payment form below or contact 0151 321 1920 and quote the number of the gate on the plaque fitted on the alley gate. There is a £22 charge (including VAT, postage and packing).
If you have moved into a property and the previous occupier has not provided an alley gate key, your landlord or you will need to pay for a new one the council does not subsidise alley gate keys.
Please note, keys are ordered from a third party and sent to our sorting depot. From time of client placing an order the key can take up 6 weeks to be delivered to client address but are usually delivered within three weeks.
